Herbal Constituents, Inc. is committed to providing high-quality educational content and membership services. By enrolling in our courses or subscribing to our PhytoSapiens Membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What You Receive

Courses:

  • Each course includes detailed educational content as outlined on the specific course pages and offer pages on our website. This may include:
    • Live webinars (if applicable)
    • Video & audio lessons
    • Downloadable resources (handouts, study guides)
    • Supplemental materials
    • Quizzes or assignments (if applicable)
  • Course pages will clearly state the scope, topics covered, and any additional benefits included.

PhytoSapiens Membership:

  • Membership benefits are described in detail on the membership home page and offer pages. These may include:
    • Exclusive content (e.g., videos, articles, and tools)
    • Live Q&A sessions
    • Access to a members-only community
    • Discounts on products or courses (if applicable)
    • Other benefits as described on the membership pages
  • The exact benefits may be updated or expanded from time to time, as outlined on our website.

Refund Policy

Courses:

  • 14-Day Refund Window:
    • We offer a full refund (minus any payment processing fees, which are outside of our control) within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the 14-day period. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • No Refund After 14 Days:
    • After the 14-day window, all course purchases are non-refundable.
  • Herbal Constituents 2-Semester Course:
    • We offer a full refund (minus any payment processing fees, which are outside of our control) within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
    • If you are unable to complete a semester, after the 14-day refund period, you may transfer your enrollment to the next available session at no extra charge. Please notify us at [email protected] to arrange the transfer.

PhytoSapiens Membership:

  • Monthly Membership:
    • Monthly payments are non-refundable as members gain immediate access to all membership benefits upon payment. Members can cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
  • Yearly Membership:
    • Full refunds are available within the first 14 days of purchase, provided there has been no excessive use of membership resources (e.g., live sessions or significant content downloads). After the 14-day window, yearly memberships are non-refundable. Members will retain access to membership benefits for the remainder of the subscription period, even if they cancel early.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Duration of Access

Courses:

  • Enrollment in any course includes lifetime access to the course materials unless otherwise specified. Lifetime access applies to the current version of the course; Herbal Constituents, Inc. reserves the right to update or replace content at its discretion.

PhytoSapiens Membership:

  • Access to membership benefits is provided on a rolling basis and is active only while the subscription is valid. For monthly subscriptions, access continues through the end of the billing cycle if canceled. For yearly subscriptions, access remains valid until the subscription period ends, even if canceled early.

General Terms

  • Intellectual Property:
    • All content, including course materials, videos, graphics, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Herbal Constituents, Inc. and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Code of Conduct:
    • Members and course participants agree to engage respectfully with the community and refrain from sharing or posting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access.
  • Modification of Terms:
    • Herbal Constituents, Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members and students will be notified of significant changes via email.
